Protein A & G Coated Microwell Strip Plates:

Description:  These microwell strip plates (12 wells X 8 rows) are covalently coated with their corresponding Ig binding recombinant protein.  They are stable for greater than 18 months and have a very high binding constant for their corresponding Ig immunoglobulin.  They are particularly useful in labeled antigen assays to detect the presence or absence of specific antibodies.

r-Protein-A Coated Microwell Strip Plates (Cat. No. 10116) will bind the following Ig’s: Human IgG₁ , IgG₂, IgG₄, IgM, IgA₁, IgA₂, sIgA, Rabbit IgG, Bovine IgG, Horse IgG, Goat IgG, Guinea Pig IgG, Sheep IgG,  Canine IgG, Pig IgG and Mouse IgG.

r-Protein B Coated Microwell Strip Plates (Cat. No. 10114) will bind the following Ig’s: Human IgG₁, IgG₂, IgG₃, IgG4, Rabbit IgG, Bovine IgG2, Goat IgG2, Sheep IgG2, Guinea Pig IgG1, IgG2, Canine IgG_a, IgG_b, IgG_c, IgG_d, Rat IgG₁, IgG_2c, Horse IgG_a, IgG_b, Mouse IgG_2a, IgG_2b, IgG₃ and IgG₁(very weakly).
